We are looking for a highly organised and curious individual to build targeted prospect lists and support our outbound sales efforts.




Key Responsibilities


Prospect Research


Identify target companies based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)


Research travel operators, OTAs, travel agencies, cruise companies and corporate travel businesses


Exclude companies outside our target market (hotels, visa companies, car rentals, etc.)


Lead Qualification


Shortlist high -quality prospects


Decision Maker Research


Contact Discovery


Find verified work email addresses


Validate contact accuracy


Maintain clean prospect data


Email Preparation


Personalise first -touch emails






Prepare outreach campaigns


Coordinate with the founder before sending

Within the first three months, you should be able to:


Build 100–150 qualified companies per week


Identify 2–3 decision makers per qualified company


Find verified work emails for shortlisted prospects


Support 50–100 personalised outbound emails per week
