Propose engaging content formats and show ideas.
Work with creators to develop concepts and episode structures.

Creator Collaboration




Onboard and coordinate with creators.
Support creators with ideas, feedback, and execution.
Maintain strong creator relationships and improve retention.

Performance & Insights
Track content performance across categories and shows.
Identify formats, topics, and creators driving engagement.
Share insights to improve content quality.
Solid interest in content, storytelling, and the creator economy.
Proficiency in hindi and english.
