Key Responsibilities:

VISIT BHADANIS GULF MEP & CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYING WEBSITE BHADANIS GULF QUANTITY SURVEYING ONLINE TRAINING FOR CIVIL & MEP ENGINEERS , QUANTITY SURVEYORS MEP ENGINEERS , INTERIOR FITOUT ESTIMATION OIL AND GAS
Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, analyzing project requirements and specifications to present accurate forecasts.
Tender Management: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluate received bids to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Contract Administration: Review contracts and ensure compliance with all project specifications, while managing any changes in scope that may affect the budget or timeline.
Site Measurements: Conduct regular site visits to take measurements, assess progress, and verify the accuracy of installed systems against project specifications.
Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets and financial performance,



reporting on variances and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to deadlines.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a degree in engineering or a related field, with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Solid analytical skills and proficiency in quantity surveying software are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are crucial, along with a deep understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. The successful applicant will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a quick-paced setting.
