individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at the
airport. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point
of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers at the airport
check-in counter, gate, and baggage claim areas - Answer customer
inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays,
and other relevant information - Process ticket sales, changes, and
upgrades - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a
timely and professional manner - Ensure compliance with all safety
and security regulations - Collaborate with other departments to
ensure effective operations and customer satisfaction - Maintain
