Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you
will be responsible for providing assistance and information to
passengers, handling their inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in,
baggage, and boarding processes - Provide information on flight
schedules, delays, and gate changes - Handle and resolve passenger
inquiries and complaints in a timely and skilled manner -
Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless travel

times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent
communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a

Strong problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills - Willingness
to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays -
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary
airport security clearance - Previous experience in customer
