Job Description:

Business Growth & Acquisition
Drive credit card sourcing and acquisition through distributors, DSAs, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition and revenue targets.
Develop and execute growth strategies for expanding the credit card business through the app platform.
Identify recent business prospects and distribution partnerships.

Distributor & Partner Management
Onboard, manage, and engage distributors and channel partners.
Conduct training sessions on credit card products, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
Monitor partner productivity and drive activation initiatives.




Build long-term relationships with key partners to enhance business performance.

Digital Platform & App Management
Drive adoption and effective usage of the distributor application.
Coordinate with product and technology teams to improve user journeys and conversion funnels.
Monitor app performance metrics, lead conversions, and sourcing trends.
Provide recommendations for digital enhancements and process improvements.

Sales & Process Management
Ensure smooth end-to-end customer onboarding and application processing.
Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and customer service teams for faster resolution of issues
