Position: Ticketing Executive/ Airport Ground Staff

Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing
efficient and friendly service to our customers, ensuring a smooth
and hassle-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Process
ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds accurately
and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service by addressing
customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
procedures - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth
operations and timely departures - Handle cash and credit card
transactions in accordance with company policies - Maintain
accurate records and reports of ticketing transactions - Keep
up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and industry trends -
Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all times -
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous
experience in the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent
communication and customer service skills - Solid attention to
detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a rapid-paced
and dynamic environment - Proficient in using computer systems and
software - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
