Coach and develop a high-impact HR team with clear ownership and solid execution:
Act as a trusted partner to founders — challenging when needed, aligning always
Represent employee perspectives while keeping business outcomes front and centre

Experience & Background
14–18 years of total work experience into building People Culture & Foundation




Senior HR leadership experience in quick-growing startups or high-velocity organisations
Proven track record of building and scaling HR systems end-to-end

Characteristics & Working Style
