Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will be
responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring
the smooth operation of airport activities. Responsibilities: -
Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, security
checkpoints, and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and
provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and
other airport services - Check and verify passenger documents and
issue boarding passes - Assist passengers with special needs, such
as unaccompanied minors, elderly, or disabled passengers -
Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and
efficient boarding and departure of flights - Monitor and maintain
the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal - Handle baggage
and cargo,



including loading and unloading from aircraft - Conduct
security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations -
Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or
manager Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Robust
problem-solving and decision-making skills - Physically fit and
able to lift heavy baggage - Willingness to work in shifts,
including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation
