Job Title: Ground Staff Ticket Checker/Cabin Crew

motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a
Ground Staff Ticket Checker/Cabin Crew. This role involves working
at the airport and on our flights, ensuring the safety and comfort
of our passengers and providing excellent customer service. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport,
including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures -
Verify tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and
accurate - Handle any customer inquiries or issues in a
professional and efficient manner - Conduct safety and security
checks on the aircraft before and after flights - Assist passengers
with any special needs or requests, such as disabilities or dietary
restrictions - Ensure the cabin is clean and well-stocked with
necessary supplies - Demonstrate emergency procedures and provide
safety instructions to passengers - Serve food and beverages to




passengers during flights - Collaborate with the flight crew and
ground staff to ensure a smooth and timely operation - Follow all
safety and security protocols to maintain a safe travel environment
for passengers and crew members Qualifications: - High school
diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service or
hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic
environment - Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills -
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and
holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a
