VSK Foundation is looking for a passionate, target-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Coimbatore.
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Contact prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and schedule project site visits.
Conduct apartment project presentations and explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment options.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the home-buying journey.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into apartment bookings.
Coordinate with the CRM, telecalling, and marketing teams to ensure timely customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Eligibility
1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Apartment Sales (mandatory).




Proven track record in selling apartments or residential projects.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market is an added advantage.
Ability to handle customer site visits and build long-term relationships.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory; English communication is preferred.
