Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle and

timely manner - Check and verify passenger documents and tickets -
Assist with the boarding process and ensure timely departure of
flights - Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading
from aircrafts - Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with




safety regulations - Provide information and assistance to
passengers, including directions, flight information, and airport
services - Collaborate with other ground staff and airline
personnel to ensure efficient and secure operations - Maintain a
clean and organized work environment Requirements: - Minimum 10+2
or equivalent education - Good communication and customer service
skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment -
Basic computer knowledge - Willingness to work in shifts, including
weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy
