Import Export Executive
Location - Mumbai Andheri

Own end-to-end import operations from PO to delivery at DC. Optimize cost, speed, and compliance through strong forwarder/CHA partnerships, accurate documentation, and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

1.Plan and execute shipments with vendors/forwarders; choose modes and routes to balance speed and cost.
Own customs documentation, HS codes, duty structures, and compliance; ensure audit-ready records.
Monitor port dwell, expedite DO/IGM/duty payments, and prevent demurrage/detention through proactive actions.
Maintain landed cost models; partner with Finance for pricing, budgeting, and forecasting.
Track in-transit shipments, ETAs, and exceptions; govern vendor OTIF with explicit SLAs.
Lead SOPs, digitization,



and continuous improvement initiatives across the import value chain.

Qualifications
Relevenat years of experience in import logistics with proven CHA/forwarder management.
Deep knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, valuation, duties, and FTAs.
Robust documentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation.

Success Metrics
On-time clearance and delivery to DC.
Landed cost reduction vs baseline.
Demurrage/detention incidents and total costs.
Documentation compliance and audit outcomes.
Forwarder/CHA performance vs SLAs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
