Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Content Strategist, you will:
1. Develop and guide content strategies across multiple channels, including websites, landing pages, emails, social media, display advertising, video content, UX experiences, training materials, presentations, and campaign assets.
2. Translate complex technical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, scientific, or business content into clear, concise, and engaging communications without compromising accuracy.
3. Define messaging frameworks, content structures, and content recommendations that support effective communication across channels and formats.
4. Adapt messaging, tone, and style for different audiences, channels, brands, and content requirements.
5. Collaborate with Content Strategists, Designers, UX teams, Account Managers, and Healthcare SMEs to deliver integrated content solutions.
6. Develop content strategies and messaging approaches based on creative briefs, source materials, brand guidelines, audience insights, and stakeholder feedback.
7. Ensure all content aligns with regulatory, brand, legal, compliance, and editorial standards.
8. Conduct content reviews, editorial assessments, and quality assurance to maintain consistency, effectiveness, and accuracy.
9. Support content audits, content mapping, and content optimization initiatives.
10. Present content strategies, messaging recommendations, and communication approaches to stakeholders and clients when required.
11. Lead messaging strategy and help shape campaign narratives, customer journeys, brand voice, and content experiences across digital channels.
12. Partner with UX, Creative, Data, and Strategy teams to ensure content supports customer needs, business objectives, and overall experience design.
13. Ensure content meets accessibility, readability, and user experience best practices.

Stay current with content trends, digital experiences, healthcare communications, AI-powered content workflows, and evolving industry standards.

Required Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
1. 5–8 years of professional experience in Content Strategy, Copywriting, Content Development, or a related discipline, preferably within a digital agency, healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or B2B environment.
2. Robust command of American English with exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
3. A strong portfolio demonstrating:
o Content strategy and messaging frameworks
o Editorial and content development
o Digital marketing campaigns
o Campaign-driven customer experiences
o Multi-channel content planning and execution
o Brand messaging and communication strategy
4. Proven ability to simplify complex, technical, scientific, or business-heavy information into clear, engaging, and strategically aligned content.
5. Experience developing content strategies across multiple channels and formats.
6. Strong understanding of:
o Brand voice development
o Messaging frameworks
o Content hierarchy
o Customer-centric communication
o Digital content best practices
7. Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback while maintaining content quality and strategic intent.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
9. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
10. Experience mentoring or guiding junior writers and content professionals is preferred.
11. Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience is strongly preferred.
12. Familiarity with Veeva, MLR review processes, or regulated content environments is an advantage.
