Job Description

How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):

Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance tests.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Define performance testing strategies, workload models, and test scenarios based on business requirements and production usage patterns.
- Monitor application, database, and infrastructure performance during test execution.
- Analyze system bottlenecks and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to identify root causes of performance issues.
- Prepare and present performance test results, dashboards, and executive summaries.




- Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments.
- Support performance testing integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure applications meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance objectives.
- Support functional testing

Experience:

- ~47 years of relevant experience in the applicable functional, analytical, technical, or operational area.
- Experience supporting technology projects, program delivery, business analysis, QA/testing, release readiness, or portfolio execution.
- Experience operating in Agile, SDLC, or structured delivery environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience testing enterprise systems or applications
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Who You Are (Skills / Qualifications):

Must Have Skills:

- Experience with performance testing methodology and tools
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience creating workload models and analyzing production traffic patterns.
- Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience with SQL and database performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.




- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and time zones.
- High attention to detail with a solid quality, compliance, and control mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Good to Have Skills:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ISTQB, ALM, Loadrunner, Jmeter, Dynatrace or other APM tool, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow experience.
- Experience supporting multi-country or enterprise-wide technology implementations.
- Experience working in a shared services, GBS, captive, MSP, or outsourced delivery model.
- Exposure to global transformation, operating model change, transition, or service modernization initiatives.
- Process improvement experience, including Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience creating executive-ready materials, dashboards, process documentation, or stakeholder updates.
