Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Distribution Executive to expand our business by developing a solid network of distributors for imported products from Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will drive field sales, enhance market penetration, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage distributors in your designated territory
Support distributors in increasing sales performance and market share
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities




Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Requirements:
Proven sales and business development skills
Target-driven, proactive, and highly self-motivated
Comfortable with field work, travel, and territory management
Own vehicle is mandatory
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
