Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Should know how to prepare comprehensive area & financial feasibility report
Has worked for redevelopment, SRA, and mixed-use developments.
Should have worked before in this scheme 33(7) 33(9) 33(10) 33(5) 33(24) 33(18)
Municipal drawing, working drawing, presentation drawing, and elevation making.
Coordinating with various consultants (architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, etc.).
Ensure issuance of Positive for Construction (GFC) drawings aligned with municipal approvals.
Review and approve drawings, ensuring they do not impact architectural finishes or functionality.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and adherence to design specifications,



addressing any discrepancies or deviations as needed.
Ensure accuracy of release of Setting Out Drawings.
Monitor and control inspection and verification of setting-out points at the site.

Working Days:
Monday–Saturday 10: 00 am – 7:00 pm
One paid leave per month & public holidays

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
Qualified licensure as an architect.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Robust leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
