About the role: As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through cutting-edge IT solutions. You will manage enterprise sales opportunities, build and sustain client relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:
Sales Opportunity Management: Identify, manage a team of sellers, and close enterprise sales opportunities, driving revenue growth.
Solution Selling Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience in selling IT solutions, including:
Data Center Modernization
Networking
Cybersecurity
Digital Workplace (DWP)
MSO (Manage Services)
Executive Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level Executives in large enterprise accounts.
Technical Coordination: Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Awareness:



Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market dynamics to offer innovative solutions.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture robust, long-term client relationships.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure trends and market requirements.

Skills:
Robust experience in acquiring current enterprise clients (recent logo hunting) is mandatory.
Experience in closing enterprise deals.
Own complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ sales targets.
Hands-on experience in selling cybersecurity solutions preferred.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Self-driven, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
The role requires travel within the assigned region only.
