Responsibilities
Coordinate training programs and learning calendars.
Manage LMS records, enrollments, and completion tracking.
Prepare training reports, dashboards, and learning metrics.
Support onboarding and employee development initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders, trainers, and vendors for seamless program execution.
Analyze feedback and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Experience with LMS platforms and learning operations.
