Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and visionary Financial Controller to join our organization in Lucknow, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead the finance function and drive financial excellence across the organization. You'll combine solid technical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and sustainable business growth. Working collaboratively with senior leadership and department heads, you'll transform financial data into actionable insights that shape organizational strategy and performance.
Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting
Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections; conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations
Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports; communicate complex financial information clearly to senior management and stakeholders




Establish and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Manage cash flow optimization, credit approvals, debt recovery, and working capital strategies
Lead the finance team; provide mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunities to drive team excellence
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
Partner with business leaders to analyze profitability drivers, manage expenses, and identify cost-saving prospects
Oversee financial systems and accounting software; ensure data integrity and system optimization
Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audit standards
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making at the executive level
