Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads through market scouting and field visits.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and handling back-end sales coordination.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily field activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.




Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile applications for reporting.
Positive attitude with a willingness to travel locally.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 6 months of field sales, lead generation, marketing, or related field work.
Qualification: ITI or Diploma.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Candidates residing near the Pondicherry work location will be preferred for ease of commuting.
