Junior Architect – Job Description

Position: Junior Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects while working closely with senior architects, consultants, and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical and design skills across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
Develop design concepts and presentation materials.
Prepare working drawings, construction details, and documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
Assist in preparing tender drawings, specifications, and project reports.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Revise drawings based on client and senior architect feedback.
Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).




0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software is an advantage.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
