We are a leading office stationery manufacturing company seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and strengthen our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the manufacturing industry and be capable of handling end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate roles.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
Conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.




Support training and development programs.
Work closely with management on manpower planning and HR strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–6 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company.
Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
