Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Sourcing potential candidates
Screening resumes
Taking telephonic rounds
Following up on the interview process status
Sourcing potential candidates from media and Job portals
Excellent understanding of domain / industry from a recruiter standpoint.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
