Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. Day-to-day tasks will include onboarding and training, performance management, handling employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture, and organizing employee engagement activities. Additionally,



the role involves collaborating with leadership to support the organization's goals and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's in HR is preferred
3–5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, Zoho People, SAP, or equivalent
Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and performance management frameworks
Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in HR management
Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a positive work setting
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
