Job Title: HR Intern

Location: On-site
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers practical exposure to the end-to-end hiring process and HR functions in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring requirements.
Assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.




Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.
