Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and driven Sales Executive for our Medical Devices & Pharma division in Delhi. The role involves promoting and selling a range of medical devices and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, doctors, clinics, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of healthcare sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell medical devices and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, doctors, and chemists.
Generate prescriptions and product awareness through regular doctor visits and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
Ensure proper product placement and availability at retail and hospital levels.
Organize CMEs, product presentations,



and other marketing activities.
Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback.
Submit timely reports €“ daily call reports, expense statements, and territory sales data.
Key Skills Required:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience in medical devices or pharma products preferred.
Good understanding of the healthcare industry, products, and customer needs.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Familiar with the Delhi healthcare market and key accounts.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Email).
