Job Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits across clinical, operational and financial processes.
Verify billing accuracy, patient files and insurance documentation.
Review cash handling, collections and revenue leakage points.
Audit compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify process gaps, risks and non-compliance areas.
Prepare audit reports with findings, root cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
Perform audits in departments (pharmacy, billing, stores, wards, etc.)
Validate inventory management, stock usage and wastage control.
Coordinate with departments for audit clarifications and closure of observations.
Maintain audit records and ensure proper documentation.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
