Mandatory Requirement:

Prior experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, or NBFC domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth analysis of business, portfolio, and customer metrics to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Conduct funnel analysis and root cause investigations (RCA) to identify key performance drivers and recommend data-driven improvements.
Utilize bureau and transactional data to assess customer behavior, portfolio quality, and risk trends.
Apply robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges and drive process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with Product, Risk, Operations, and Business teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business health and support decision-making.





Skills & Experience:
Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Hands-on experience in business analytics, funnel analysis, and root cause analysis.
Valuable understanding of bureau data, lending metrics, and portfolio performance analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, or NBFC domain is mandatory.
