Job Title: Hindi Telesales Executive

Location: Erode (Food and Accommodation will be provided for the other district candidates who are ready to relocate to Erode).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Hindi Telesales Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain our products/services, and close sales over the phone. The candidate should have positive Hindi communication skills, convincing ability, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data
Explain company products/services clearly in Hindi
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and update CRM/system details
Follow up with interested customers to close deals
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:
Valuable spoken Hindi (mandatory)




Basic English understanding preferred
Prior telesales / telecalling experience is an advantage
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge

Qualification:
Any Graduate
