INDUCTION EXECUTIVE (HR)We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Induction Executive to manage the complete employee onboarding and induction process. The role is responsible for ensuring a seamless joining experience for new employees by coordinating documentation, induction schedules, employee orientation, system and asset readiness, and post-induction follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes.
Verify joining documents and maintain employee personnel files.
Conduct HR induction sessions on company policies, HRMS, attendance,



and compliance.
Coordinate with Recruitment, IT, Admin, and department heads for smooth employee onboarding.
Arrange employee assets, ID cards, email IDs, welcome kits, and other joining requirements.
Maintain induction schedules, onboarding trackers, MIS reports, and documentation.
Collect employee feedback during the onboarding period and ensure timely follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company onboarding SOPs and HR policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of HR onboarding and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
Experience with HRMS/ERP systems is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
