Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize applications using the Frappe Framework
Implement and enhance features in ERPNext
Create custom DocTypes, fields, scripts (Client & Server Scripts)
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and print formats
Work on integrations (REST APIs, third-party systems)
Customize workflows, permissions, and automation
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues
Manage deployments, updates, and version control (Git)
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide technical support and user training when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext
Good understanding of ERP modules:
Accounts
Buying & Selling
Inventory / Stock
Manufacturing
Experience with:
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
MariaDB / MySQL
REST APIs & integrations
Familiarity with:
Bench CLI & deployment
Linux server workplace
Git version control
Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)
Experience in ERP implementation & business process mapping
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Frappe Cloud)
Experience with performance tuning and security best practices
Exposure to multi-company or multi-currency setups
Prior experience in migrating from other ERPs (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
