Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPD Executive to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will support the development of recent food products, improve existing formulations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product trials, documentation, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and testing new food products as per business requirements.
Conduct laboratory and production-scale trials for new product development.
Prepare formulations, process specifications, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality,



and Marketing teams during product development.
Evaluate raw materials and identify suitable alternatives when required.
Monitor product performance and recommend formulation or process improvements.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of trials, observations, and product development activities.
Support product commercialization, pilot runs, and scale-up activities.
Stay updated with food industry trends, ingredients, and emerging technologies.

Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) within the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in developing food products from concept to commercialization.
Understanding of food processing techniques and quality systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Robust analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
