Required skill set:
Excellent communication skills
L1/L2 support experience with European client
Experience in any batch management tool
Quick learner
Self-motivated
ITIL Experience would be a huge plus.

Desired technical skills:
Scripting in PowerShell, Perl etc.
Basic knowledge of SQL and ORACLE database
Windows Server
