Job Responsibilities:
Operate and program CMM machines (Zeiss) for dimensional inspection
Perform inspection of components as per drawings and specifications
Create, modify, and run inspection programs using Calypso software
Analyze inspection results and prepare measurement reports
Ensure accuracy and calibration of CMM equipment
Coordinate with production and quality teams for inspection requirements
Identify measurement issues and support root cause analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant field
Hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM machines
Robust knowledge of Calypso software
Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
