Job Title: Enrollment Agent Faculty

Job Summary

The Enrollment Agent Faculty is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing course information, converting leads into enrollments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects.
Convert inquiries into admissions by achieving enrollment targets.
Assist students with the admission and documentation process.
Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Handle student queries and provide timely support.
Participate in admission campaigns, events,



and promotional activities.
Prepare daily and weekly enrollment reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers/1 years of experience in admissions, counseling, telesales, or customer service (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Target-oriented with solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
