Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Factory HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory HR, manpower management, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage factory manpower recruitment and onboarding
Handle attendance, payroll inputs, overtime, and leave records
Ensure PF, ESI, and labour law compliance
Maintain HR documentation and employee records
Handle worker coordination, grievances, and employee relations
Support daily HR operations and compliance activities
Requirements:
MBA / Post Graduate in Human Resources (HR)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Factory / Manufacturing HR
Valuable knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and HR processes
Robust communication and worker handling skills
