Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

Salary Range: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month (Competitive, based on experience)

Location: Sec-17 Chandigarh

Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate, target-driven Travel Sales Specialist with a proven ability to convert digital leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured sales workplace, works closely with the marketing team, and delivers a premium consultation experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Convert leads generated through digital marketing channels — Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp campaigns and other online platforms
Respond to leads professionally to maximize conversion opportunity
Design and customize holiday packages as per the client
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets
Follow up proactively on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain accurate client records and all lead interactions in CRM — mandatory and non-negotiable
Stay updated on destination knowledge, visa requirements, and travel trends
Upsell and cross-sell premium add-ons — upgrades, travel insurance, excursions
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals




Provide regular conversion reports and lead status updates to management.

Who We Are Looking For :
Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales or holiday package sales — non-negotiable
Demonstrated history of high conversion rates on digital/online leads from marketing channels
Strong knowledge of international destinations — Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, Maldives etc.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment with daily follow-up discipline
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi a plus)
Comfortable working on CRM tools and MS Office — prior CRM experience preferred
Customer-first mindset with a flair for premium client servicing
Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player
