About the Role

Avodha Edu Tech is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CMA India Faculty to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for CMA India students through live online classes and recorded video lectures. The faculty member will play a key role in helping students understand core concepts and succeed in their examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging YouTube Live and online training sessions for CMA India students.
Create and record high-quality video lectures for the learning platform.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Simplify complex accounting, costing, taxation, and financial management concepts.
Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.




Address student queries and offer mentoring support.
Stay updated with the latest CMA India syllabus and examination patterns.
Collaborate with the academic and content development teams.

Requirements
Qualified CMA (India) or CMA Inter qualified candidates can apply.
Robust knowledge of CMA India subjects and curriculum.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
Ability to conduct live online sessions confidently.
Basic knowledge of recording lectures and online teaching tools.
