Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OT Staff Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures, maintain a sterile workplace, prepare operation theatres, and ensure high standards of patient care before, during, and after surgery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for scheduled surgeries.
Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterilized and readily available.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare specialists during surgical procedures.
Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
Maintain accurate patient records and surgical documentation.
Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
Handle and account for surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies.




Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing care.
Coordinate with nursing staff, surgeons, and support departments for smooth OT operations.

Requirements
B.Sc Nursing or GNM qualification.
Valid Nursing Council registration.
Knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization techniques, and infection control practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and emergency duties.
Experience in multi-specialty OT will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
