Qualifications-
6 to 12 years of management experience, preferably in a qualified services environment in the resource management field.
Experience of working within the US and UK regions.
Solid knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management/resource management.
Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred.
Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients.
Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity.
Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
Solid communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Candidates should be based in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai or Gurgaon only
