POSITION OVERVIEW:

- We are looking for a Software Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping others succeed. This role is also ideal for freshers or entry-level professionals eager to kickstart their career in a rapid-paced, tech-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Learn to use the Food Chow software thoroughly within the first 7-10 days.
- Guide new restaurant clients through the onboarding process efficiently.
- Provide product demonstrations, hands-on training, and post-onboarding support.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to improve onboarding processes.
- Work towards setting up automated, scalable systems for onboarding.
