Job Summary
Provides senior functional expertise in SuccessFactors ECP, ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• 5+ years’ hands on ECP or SAP ERP Payroll configuration experience.
• Expertise in schemas, PCRs, wage types, taxation, superannuation.
• Robust EC knowledge including Pay Components and Job/Comp Info.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability.
• Strong communication skills for payroll related stakeholder engagement.
Skill Requirements
SuccessFactors Time off and time sheet configuration/implementation and support experience.
