Job Description:

Lead brand, marketing, and customer acquisition strategy across multiple cities and project

types, and build the Satvik Communities brand into a category-defining name in Indian real

estate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own brand positioning and the “Satvik living” narrative across all projects

* Drive go-to-market and launch strategy for the new Cuttack (622 units) and South

Bangalore villa (21-acre) projects

* Sustain sales momentum and referral marketing for the ongoing 418-apartment

Bangalore project

* Lead digital marketing, performance campaigns, and CRM-driven lead management

* Manage PR, content, and community-building initiatives





* Build and lead the marketing team; own the marketing P&L; across cities

Key Qualifications:

* 10–15 years in marketing, with 5+ years in real estate/construction

* Proven track record launching large-scale residential projects (300+ units)

* Multi-city marketing experience; villa/premium segment exposure a plus

* Robust digital marketing, CRM, and analytics skills

* MBA in Marketing preferred

* Willing to travel regularly between Bangalore and Bhubaneswar/Cuttack

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
