Position Title: Senior Consultant — SAP Enterprise Master Data Testing
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Duration: 12–18 months
Reports To: Test Manager
Level: Senior Consultant

1. Role Summary
Support end-to-end SAP Enterprise Master Data (MDG) testing, ensuring validation of master data creation, governance workflows, and integration across SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI.

2. Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data for master data objects (Material, Business Partner, GL, Cost Center)
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Validate master data creation, change, and approval workflows (MDG)
• Ensure integration testing across MM, SD, FI/CO modules using master data
• Execute end-to-end scenarios involving master data usage in transactions
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems
• Validate data quality rules, duplicate checks, and governance controls
• Manage defect lifecycle and support resolution
• Support UAT cycles and business validation

• Total IT Experience: 6–10 years
• SAP Master Data / MDG Testing: 5 years
• Integration Testing Experience: Strong
• Program Exposure: Transformation/UAT experience

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate all testing activities for sap s/4hana projects, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with the overall project objectives.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana modules.
• Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (uat) for sap s/4hana solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior testing team members and ensure testing best practices are followed.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and identify any potential issues or risks.

Skill Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana modules and architecture.
• Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana.
• Experience in conducting performance testing, regression testing, and uat for sap s/4hana solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
