Job Summary
Position Title: Test Lead — Performance Testing (LoadRunner)
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Duration: 12–18 months
Reports To: Test Manager
Level: Test Lead

1. Role Summary
Lead end-to-end performance testing strategy and execution using LoadRunner, ensuring system scalability, performance, and reliability in large transformation programs.

2. Key Responsibilities
Define performance testing strategy and approach
Plan and manage load, stress, endurance testing cycles
Review scripts, scenarios, and workload models
Lead performance test execution and analysis
Drive bottleneck identification and resolution
Coordinate with infrastructure, BASIS, and development teams
Manage defect lifecycle and performance tuning
Present performance reports to stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate all testing activities for sap s/4hana projects, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with the overall project objectives.
3. Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana modules.
4. Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (uat) for sap s/4hana solutions.
5. Provide guidance and support to junior testing team members and ensure testing best practices are followed.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and identify any potential issues or risks.

Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana modules and architecture.
2. Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana.
3. Experience in conducting performance testing, regression testing, and uat for sap s/4hana solutions.
4. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
