Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C;) Engineer with a proven track record of expertise across technologies such as Teams, Phones, and devices, including but not limited to MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms), Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unified Communications, Networks, and Teams, and possess the ability to convert customer problem statements into innovative IT solutions.

Responsibilities
Utilize extensive experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies, including Teams, Phones, and devices (MTR, Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.).
Onboard devices on MTR technologies such as Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Valuable understanding of automation solutions related to Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting.
Solid understanding of Unified Communications, Networks, and Teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of UC&C; solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in UC&C; to recommend and implement best practices.
Proven experience as a UC&C; Engineer with expertise in Teams, Phones, and devices (MTR, Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.).




Demonstrated ability to convert customer problem statements into effective IT solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in Unified Communications or related fields are a plus.
