Quality Engineer

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
1-2 years of quality experience in a multinational company.
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced in MS-Office applications.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills, strong team player and proactive.
Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive “can-do” attitude.
Must reside in the Istanbul Anatolian Side or Izmit area.
No military obligation for male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the team in the identification, data analysis and resolution of issues in Recent Product Introduction.
Implement corrective/preventive actions for problem resolution and continuous improvement.




Implement the required quality documents and procedures to support the ongoing manufacturing process.
Represent the quality function as NPI technical support.
Review all supplier, internal, and customer discrepancies, coordinate and track the effectiveness of corrective/proactive action efforts on NPI products.
Provide insight and assistance of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization concentrating on proactive methodologies.
Lead PFMEA activities on new products to eliminate or reduce risks to product quality.
Participate in all NPIs reviews on all quality related workflows.
Lead the deployment of Quality Engineering tools for the effective and efficient development, transfer, and maintenance of products throughout the product life cycle.
Support QA team when required to meet site compliance.
Support review and approval of NPI related Analytical Test Method Transfers and/or validation.
Support onsite internal and external audits as required.
