Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with solid Retail and Commerce domain expertise and exposure to Generative AI (GenAI)–driven programs to lead large, complex delivery engagements. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, financial governance, and successful execution of digital commerce and AI-led transformation initiatives for global retail clients.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Retail & Commerce programs across multiple workstreams and geographies.
Act as the primary delivery interface for customers, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, quality, risk, and outcomes.
Drive delivery for omnichannel retail and commerce transformation programs, including:
• eCommerce & marketplace platforms
• POS, OMS, Inventory, Supply Chain, Pricing & Promotions
• Customer experience and personalization programs
Lead delivery of GenAI-enabled initiatives, such as:
• AI-driven personalization and recommendations




• Conversational commerce and virtual assistants
• AI-powered search, merchandising, and content generation
• Operational efficiencies using GenAI and automation
Establish and manage delivery governance, reporting, and operational cadence (reviews, KPIs, QBRs).
Own program financials including revenue, margins, forecasting, billing, and cost optimization.
Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure program stability.
Partner with Solution Architects and Practice leaders to ensure architectural alignment and scalable solutions.
Lead large, cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, data, AI, product) and mentor delivery managers and leads.
Support presales and account growth through program planning, solution shaping, and client engagements.

Retail & Commerce Domain Expertise (Must Have)
Strong understanding of retail business processes and KPIs.
Experience delivering solutions in:
• Omnichannel retail
• eCommerce and headless commerce
• POS, OMS, WMS integrations
• Customer data platforms (CDP), CRM
Exposure to enterprise retail platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, SAP, or equivalent.
Experience working with global retail brands and distributed teams.





GenAI & Digital Experience Expectations
Experience managing or delivering AI / GenAI-driven programs.
Good understanding of:
• Generative AI use cases in retail and commerce
• LLM-based solutions, personalization engines, conversational AI
• AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices
Ability to engage with customers on business value of GenAI, not just technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Management.
14+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Delivery / Program Management roles.
Proven experience delivering large, complex, multi-vendor programs.
Strong program, stakeholder, and financial management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with C-level and senior client stakeholders.
Experience with Agile / SAFe / Hybrid delivery models.

Good to Have
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
Exposure to cloud-native and digital platform modernization programs.
Experience in onsite–offshore delivery models.
Background in scaling accounts and supporting account mining and growth.
