Job Summary
The Product Specialist for SAP FICO Foundation is responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP FICO module within the organization. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of financial and accounting processes through SAP FICO, providing support, and driving continuous improvement in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
• Create detailed project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Assemble and manage cross-functional teams, assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and maintain team motivation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, maintain accurate project records, and follow organizational protocols.
• Ability to assess project performance, identify issues,



and implement solutions efficiently.
• Prefer to have SAP Finance core knowledge and worked on migration / upgrade projects, worked/coordinate with business users for UAT acceptance, draft trainings plans / Delivery of documents.
• Knowledge of Finance Month End close activities.
• Lead Governance meetings with clients.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong proficiency in SAP FICO module configuration and customization.
2. Knowledge of financial and accounting principles with the ability to translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
3. Experience in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting within SAP FICO setting.
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and deliver training to end-users.
5. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identify and address issues in SAP FICO system.
6. Analytical mindset to evaluate financial processes and propose system enhancements using SAP FICO.

Other Requirements
1. Certification in SAP FICO module is preferred.
